			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Internationally successful Kiwi film producer <a href="http://www.nzonscreen.com/person/finola-dwyer">Finola Dwyer</a> began her career as an editor at the National Film Unit and then moved onto editing and producing at TVNZ. Dwyer migrated over to the film industry and worked as an editor and producer. Some of the memorable New Zealand films she worked on include <em><a href="http://www.nzonscreen.com/title/came-a-hot-friday-1984">Came a Hot Friday</a></em>, <em>Starlight Hotel</em>, and <em><a href="http://www.nzonscreen.com/title/the-quiet-earth-1986-859">The Quiet Earth</a></em>. In the 90s, Dwyer moved to the UK where she has made a name for herself producing films such as <em>Backbeat</em>, <em>An Education</em> and <em>Dean Spanley</em>. Her latest project is <em>Quartet</em>, a film directed by Dustin Hoffman.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.nzonscreen.com/person/john-harris">John Harris</a> is the owner of one of New Zealand’s biggest production companies: Greenstone Pictures. He began his television career at TVNZ working in news and current affairs and helped launch <em>Top Half</em>. Moving into the private sector he produced a number of TV shows including <em><a href="http://www.nzonscreen.com/title/thats-fairly-interesting-1987-e3e/series">That’s Fairly Interesting</a></em> and <em>Heroes</em>.</p>
<p>In 1994 he created Greenstone Pictures, and went on to produce a huge range of TV shows such as <em><a href="http://www.nzonscreen.com/title/the-zoo-1999">The Zoo</a></em>; <em><a href="http://www.nzonscreen.com/title/epitaph-1997/series">Epitaph</a></em>; <em>Motorway Patrol;</em> and <em>Neighbours at War</em>. In 2010 Greenstone acquired the production company Cream Media.</p>
